On the occasion of the studies and laboratory day about  the " geological heritage as a resource for the political development of the territory" organized by the Madonie Park with the Commune of Petralia Sottana and the Association Haliotis, also took place a guided tour in the Park and particularly in the first Sicilian geologic  path, located in the specific area of "Battaglietta". Between the partecipants even the famous french geologist Paul Broquet. The excursionists, have taken part at the opening of the new Marini Refuge in  Piano battaglia and finally, for them, the promoters arranged a tasting of typical products.
